在前人的基础上,从利用偏相关分析和多元线性回归分析的方法深入分析了盐碱胁迫环境下杨树叶丙二醛(MDA)含量与超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性之间,以及各抗氧化酶之间的内在相关性。研究结果表明,在盐碱胁迫环境下杨树叶片中的MDA含量与抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、POD活性无关。在各抗氧化酶中,CAT与POD和SOD之间存在显著的线性关系,其线性方程为CAT=-13.833+0.335POD+0.0003SOD。
Based on the previous studies, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in poplar leaves under salt-alkali stress were analyzed in detail by partial correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis Peroxidase (POD), Catalase (CAT) activity, as well as the inherent correlation between the antioxidant enzymes. The results showed that the content of MDA in poplar leaves had no correlation with the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT and POD in the condition of saline-alkali stress. There was a significant linear relationship between CAT and POD and SOD in each antioxidant enzyme. The linear equation was CAT = -13.833 + 0.335POD + 0.0003SOD.
