一、楔子当我们把回顾的目光投向1990年经济爬坡的走势,并透过市场疲软的凹镜,去观察企业的沉浮时,总有一种难以言传的沉重感。“企业难办、厂长难当”的声音犹不绝耳。全国300多万职工隐性失业的数字,被淹没在12亿人口中。而在企业盈亏的坐标上,却极为鲜明地标注着“管理”两个字。它对于管理者来说,既是一本难唱的经,也是一把钥匙,维系着改革的成败、兴衰。
1. Wedges When we look back at the trend of the economic upswing in 1990 and through the weak mirror of the market to observe the ups and downs of companies, there is always a kind of unspeakable heavy feeling.
