年龄的增长,人的记忆能力、学习能力都在衰退,增强有氧运动是延缓老年人群认知机能退化的解决方式。科学的有氧运动对提高老年人身心健康、身体健康都是有必要的,坚持有氧运动是保持老年人记忆力、学习能力的基本方法。本论文主要从有氧运动对老年人认知功能的影响、有氧运动与膳食结构的交互作用影响认知功能、有氧运动对老年人记忆力和学习能力的积极影响进行阐述有氧运动延缓老年人认知机能退化的研究,希望为研究延缓老年人认知机能退化的专家与学者提供理论参考依据。
Age, memory, learning ability are in decline, enhance aerobic exercise is to delay the cognitive deterioration of the elderly population solution. Scientific aerobic exercise is necessary to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly, and to maintain aerobic exercise is to maintain the basic memory of the elderly, learning ability. In this thesis, we mainly discuss the influence of aerobic exercise on cognitive function of the elderly, the interaction between aerobic exercise and dietary structure, the cognitive function and the positive influence of aerobic exercise on the memory and learning ability of the elderly. It is hoped that this research can provide theoretical basis for the study of experts and scholars who delaying the cognitive deterioration of seniors.
