In the developed rural areas, the village’s wealthy people throw up gold at a wedding banquet can cost hundreds of thousands of yuan. Not only did they lead the village in daily life, they also intervened in the election of village committees and village party branches and became the new political elites. However, on the other hand, due to personal ability and opportunity, the other part of the rural population can only enjoy basic subsistence in their daily life and even depend on the country’s subsistence allowances and various relief policies
