“一带一路”战略是中国新一届政府对外合作的新倡议,并具有重要的外交和战略意义。作为地区主导性力量和中国周边最为重要的外部因素之一,美国对“一带一路”战略的认知和会做出的可能应对无疑至关重要。本文简单梳理了美国媒体、政学界对“一带一路”战略的认知,并初步评估了美国可能做出的政策反应,并据此提出中国的应对策略。 The “Belt and Road” strategy is a new initiative of China’s new government for foreign cooperation and has important diplomatic and strategic significance. As one of the region’s leading forces and one of the most important external factors surrounding China, it is undoubtedly crucial that the United States recognize and will make possible responses to the strategy of the “Belt and Road”. This article briefly reviews the perceptions of the “Belt and Road” strategy by the U.S. media and political science circles and initially evaluates possible policy responses from the United States and proposes China’s response strategies accordingly.
