引言随着我国1999年《面向21世纪教育振兴计划》的提出,我国高等教育驶入了发展的快车道。近年来高校招生规模迅速扩张, 虽然研究生具有学历优势,但是伴随学历提高的同时,其预期的就业机会却未同步扩大, 因此研究生就业困境也被提起。以往的相关研究,大多集中在本专科层次,而且研究重点也更多体现在描述层面。为了更深层面地研究研究生的就业取向特点,寻求更加符合实际的研究生就业指导方法,我们运用假设检验方法,重点分析了不同性别、不同家庭结构和不同工作经验三个方面。本文以山东省某财经类高校的在校硕士研究生为调查对象, 分析了其就业观,并据此提出了建议。
Introduction With the proposal of “revitalizing education in the 21st century” in 1999 in our country, higher education of our country has entered a fast lane of development. In recent years, the rapid expansion of college enrollment scale, although graduate students with academic qualifications, but with the academic qualifications at the same time, the expected employment opportunities have not been expanded simultaneously, so graduate employment difficulties have also been raised. In the past, most related researches mainly focus on the specialist level, and the research focuses are more on the description level. In order to study postgraduates' employment orientation in a more profound way and seek a more realistic guidance method for graduate employment, we use hypothesis testing method to analyze three aspects of different genders, different family structures and different work experiences. In this paper, a financial college in Shandong Province, a master's graduate student surveyed, analyzed their employment outlook, and accordingly made recommendations.
