目的:从方剂角度分析炮制对山药功效的影响。方法:对《中医方剂大辞典精选本》所收载的含山药的方剂进行检索,以山药的炮制方法为主线,用EXCEL对其进行分析。结果:临床上最为常用的山药炮制品依次为炒山药、干山药、生山药,其中炒山药补脾益肾作用较强,生山药补肺生津作用较强,干山药固肾作用较强。结论:炮制对山药的功效有显著影响,其对临床和保健养生有较大参考价值。
Objective: To analyze the effect of processing on the efficacy of yam from prescription angle. Methods: The prescriptions containing Chinese yam were collected from the Selected Chinese Dictionary of Prescriptions for Chinese Prescriptions, and the main method of yam preparation was analyzed by EXCEL. Results: The most commonly used yam products in clinical trials were fried yam, dried yam and raw yam. Among them, the effect of sprouting yin and invigorating the spleen and kidney was stronger, the effect of Shengyao Bufei Bu Sheng Jin was stronger, and the effect of dry yam and solid kidney was stronger. Conclusion: Processed yams have a significant effect on the efficacy of its clinical and health care have greater reference value.
