一、灰色的起步作为教师,人人都渴望成功地实现自己的人生价值,但在年复一年的教学生涯中,冲撞出一条成功之路并非易事。在经历了几年波澜不惊的教学生涯之后,一次偶然的机会,把我挤上了另一条道路。那是2001年秋季,学校课外数学兴趣小组缺少一名指导老师,我便主动报名请战。那时的我,只是以为凭我的数学功底指导一帮各班选出的所谓“精英”学生学好课外数学,应该是件简单的事。但实际教学时,才知道想像与现实总是有着巨大的差距。 First, the gray start As a teacher, everyone is eager to successfully achieve their own life value, but in the teaching career year after year, the collision of a successful road is not easy.
