Considering the change of the critical gap of the vehicle during the driving of the entrance ramp, the derivation probability model of the vehicle on the acceleration lane is obtained by the derivative method. The model considers the influence of the physical characteristics of the road and the traffic conditions of the main road on the driver’s referee behavior, and reveals the rule of the influence of the length of the acceleration lane and the traffic flow on the outside of the main road on the probability of vehicle reentrant. The results show that when the flow rate is low at the outer side of the main road, the vehicle can find the reachable clearance when it is close to the beginning of the acceleration lane. When the flow rate of the main road is large, the probability of the vehicle entering the main road at the beginning of the acceleration lane is much larger reduce. In addition, as the length of the acceleration lane increases, the driver’s urgency in the acceleration lane decreases, resulting in a reduction in the probability of re-entry at the same location.
