1997~1998年用不同量的松材线虫接种黑松和马尾松,用3个来源的松材线虫接种马尾松,用松材线虫接种7种松树,接种后对松树的流胶情况定期进行观察。结果表明,接种量小的,松树流胶异常出现得晚,全部供试松树流胶出现异常的时间长;用南京的松材线虫接种的松树和用其它来源松材线虫接种的松树相比较,其流胶异常出现得快,全部供试松树表现流胶异常的时间短;感病松树流胶异常出现后,很快全部供试松树均表现异常并死亡。中度感病松树流胶异常出现后,到全部供试松树流胶表现异常的时间长,部分死亡。抗病松树的全部供试植株表现流胶异常的时间长,而且流胶异常的等级低,无松树死亡。虽然各处理中流胶异常的时间不同,但98%以上的供试松树在感染松材线虫后流胶均出现异常。这进一步证明了流胶法可作为松材线虫病树的早期诊断方法。冬季为清理病死树的最佳时期。

Moderately-induced disease, after the occurrence of abnormal flow of pine glue, pine gum flow to all the abnormal performance for a long time, some died. All the tested plants of disease-resistant pine showed abnormally long time of plastic flow, and the level of abnormal plastic flow was low, and no pine died. Although the time of gel anomaly was different in each treatment, more than 98% of the tested pine trees were abnormal in the gel after infected with pine wood nematode. This further proves that the gel method can be used as an early diagnosis of pine wilt disease tree. Winter is the best time to clean the dead tree.
