基于454测序对宁波沿海10个陆源排污口在2011年的3月、5月、8月、10月四个月份的希瓦氏菌的分布进行了测定。结果表明:象山爵溪东塘排污口在3、8月份,象山西周工业园区综合排污口在5月份,距象山爵溪东塘排污口50 m以外的海域在5月份,象山墙头综合排污口、宁海颜公河入海排污口在8月份、象山石浦水产加工园区排污口在10月份均无希瓦氏菌属检出;而希瓦氏菌检出频数最高的是3月份的象山石浦水产加工园区工业排污口,出现频数为1 084次,其中已鉴定出的种有波罗的海希瓦氏菌Shewanella baltica(51)次,太平洋希瓦氏菌S.pacifica(46)次,希瓦氏菌ANA-3(1)次。从总体趋势来看,排污口处希瓦氏菌检出频数大于距排污口50 m以外的海域。
Based on the 454 sequencing, the distribution of Shewanella in ten land-sourced sewage outfalls along the coast of Ningbo in March, May, August and October of 2011 was determined. The results showed that in August and August, the sewage outfall in Xiangtangjuexi Dongtang was in May and the integrated sewage outfall in Xiang Zhou West Industrial Park in May, the sea area beyond 50 m from Dongtangjuexi Dongtang outfall in May, Ninghai Yan River estuary sewage outfall in August, Xiangshan Shipu Aquatic Processing Park sewage outbreak in October no Shewanella detected; and Shewanella highest frequency of detection is in March Xiangshan Shipu Aquatic Processing Park Industrial Sewage The frequency of occurrence was 1 084 times. Shewanella baltica (51), Shewanella pacifica (46), Shewanella ANA-3 (1 ) Times. From the overall trend, the frequency of Shewanella outfall was greater than that of the seawater beyond 50m from the outfall.
