In the precision design of mechanical parts, the application of the “tolerance principle” standard is a complicated problem. Tolerance principle, refers to the application of dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances should follow the principles. It is divided into two independent principles and principles. Independence Principle - The dimension tolerances and the shape tolerances marked on the drawings have nothing to do with each other, and the measurement of the shape and shape position errors are respectively measured by ordinary measuring instruments when testing, as shown in Figure 1.
