分析了供水企业专业技术人才的特点与需求,提出了建立人才激励机制的原则。从物质激励和非物质激励两个方面建立全面人才激励机制,并从目标激励、精神激励和文化激励三个层面对非物质激励进行了阐述,提出了具体的、可操作的方法。以此达到转变供水企业人才观念的目的,提高企业人力资源管理的效果,为我国中小型供水企业的激励机制和人力资源管理提供有益的参考。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and demands of professional technicians in water supply enterprises and puts forward the principle of establishing incentive mechanism of talents. From the aspects of material and non-material incentives, we establish a comprehensive talent incentive mechanism and set forth the non-material incentives from the three aspects of target motivation, spiritual motivation and cultural motivation, and put forward specific and operational methods. In order to achieve the purpose of changing the concept of talent in water supply enterprises and improve the effectiveness of human resource management in enterprises, it can provide useful reference for the incentive mechanism and human resource management of small and medium-sized water supply enterprises in our country.
