促进保持水土、确保水安全一直是我国环境保护工作的重中之重,进一步认清水土保持的重要性,加大水政执法力度,提高对两者关系的认识,明确各自职责,加强两者联系,对我国的水土保护工作建设及生态环境至关重要。文中对水土保持与水政执法的联系与区别进行分析,进而突出两者在水土工作的重要性。 Promoting the maintenance of soil and water and ensuring water security has always been the most important task in environmental protection in our country.
