英语作为一门重要的语言工具性学科,在整个基础教育课程体系中占据着主导地位,对于学生综合素养的衡量和全面素质的发展,显然具有深远的意义。新课程背景下的英语教育不仅应重视学生语言的积累,更应关注学生语言的运用,即学生英语能力的提升,让学生能真正发挥英语的工具性作用,服务于日常生活,服务于未来需要。我们应深入领会新课程的教育理念,彻底带领学生告别“哑英语”的时代,让英语交流成为一种生活常态和生活习惯,以适应未来社会发展的新形势。那么如何立足于我们的初中英语教学,努力提升学生的英语能力呢?
As an important linguistic instrumental discipline, English occupies a dominant position in the curriculum system of basic education. It is obviously far-reaching for the measurement of students’ comprehensive literacy and the development of overall quality. English education in the context of the new curriculum should not only pay attention to the accumulation of student language, but also should pay attention to the use of student language, that is, students’ English ability to enhance, so that students can really play a instrumental role in English, serving daily life and serving the future needs . We should thoroughly understand the educational concept of the new curriculum and thoroughly lead the students to bid farewell to the era of “dumb English” so as to make English communication a normal and living habit of life to adapt to the new situation of future social development.
