由于使用功能的需求,充气膜结构的形态通常需要满足多种约束目标,采用传统的找形方法很难达到预定的目标形态。该文引入线性调整理论的力密度法,首先对结构的预定目标形态进行找力,然后采用线性协调矩阵M-P广义逆法得到节点位移,逆向叠加求出零应力态位形。最后在零应力态基础上对结构导入相应的应力,则可以得到与充气膜结构目标形态一致的应力态。通过一充气气枕膜结构的成形试验,验证了该文提出的成形理论方法的正确性和高效性。
Due to the need of using the function, the shape of the air-filled membrane structure generally needs to meet a variety of constrained targets. It is difficult to achieve the predetermined target shape by using the traditional form-finding method. In this paper, the force density method of linear adjustment theory is introduced. Firstly, the force of the target is found and then the node displacement is obtained by linear M-P generalized inverse method. Finally, on the basis of zero stress state, corresponding stress is introduced into the structure, then the stress state consistent with the target shape of the inflatable membrane structure can be obtained. Through the forming test of an inflatable pillow structure, the correctness and high efficiency of the forming theory method proposed in this paper are verified.
