目的探索无机活性元素对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的影响。方法选择23例住院患者深Ⅱ度烧伤创面,伤后第10天深Ⅱ度创面治疗区开始均匀撒布无机活性元素1g/100cm2。采用随机自身对照法,观察同一创面不同区域或同体对称部位创面的愈合时间、质量。结果治疗组创面愈合时间为(17.3±2.6)d,对照组创面愈合时间为(21.4±3.1)d,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗部位创面愈合质量明显好于对照部位。结论无机活性元素能明显缩短深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间、提高愈合质量。
Objective To explore the effect of inorganic active elements on the healing of deep second degree burn wounds. Methods Twenty-three cases of deep second degree burn wounds in hospital were selected. At the 10th day after injury, deep second degree wounds were treated with 1g / 100cm2 inorganic active elements. A randomized self-control method was used to observe the healing time and quality of wounds in different regions or symmetrical parts of the same wound. Results The wound healing time was (17.3 ± 2.6) days in the treatment group and (21.4 ± 3.1) days in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The wound healing quality of the treatment site was significantly better than that of the control site. Conclusion The inorganic active elements can significantly shorten the wound healing time and improve the healing quality of deep second degree burn wounds.
