目的 筛选出最佳氯化钠溶液浓度、最佳滴注速度和最佳剂量 ;了解高渗氯化钠溶液复苏后血浆渗透压及电解质的变化情况。 方法 45只犬 ,制成失血性休克模型 ,用不同浓度和剂量的氯化钠溶液在不同滴注速度下 ,对失血性休克犬进行复苏 ,比较其复苏效果。 结果 质量浓度为 75g/L的高渗氯化钠溶液为最佳浓度 ,2 0ml/min为最佳滴速 ,相当于放血量的 15 %(5 .71mg/kg体重 )为最佳剂量 ;复苏效果确切 ,使平均动脉压恢复到基础水平的 89% ,且维持时间至少 1h左右。 结论 以 2 0ml/min的滴速 ,用相当于失血量 15 %的 75g/L氯化钠溶液复苏失血性休克效果最佳。
Objective To screen out the optimal concentration of sodium chloride solution, the best infusion rate and the best dosage; understand the changes of plasma osmotic pressure and electrolyte after resuscitation of hypertonic sodium chloride solution. Methods Forty eight dogs were made into a model of hemorrhagic shock, and hemorrhagic shock dogs were resuscitated with different concentrations and doses of sodium chloride solution at different infusion rates. The recovery effect was compared. Results The optimum concentration of hypertonic sodium chloride solution was 75g / L. The optimal drip rate was 20ml / min, which was equivalent to 15% (5.71mg / kg body weight) The resuscitation effect is exact, so that the average arterial pressure returned to 89% of the basic level, and maintain time of at least 1h or so. Conclusions The hemorrhagic shock resuscitated with 75 g / L sodium chloride solution equivalent to 15% of blood loss at the drip rate of 20 ml / min.
