随着高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式的提出,我国高等职业教育已逐步建立和完善半工半读、工学结合的人才培养模式,加快推进了高等职业教育培养模式向工学结合、校企合作方向的转变,但因为缺乏相应的实习学生法律权益保障机制,使得这一人才培养模式的进一步发展受到影响.高等职业教育制度有必要建立健全实习学生法律权益保障机制,以期工学结合人才培养模式能得到长远、健康的发展。
