棉花良种繁育,是指利用审定品种的原种,采取选择、培育,保纯等技术措施,生产出一定数量的具有原品种特性的一系列过程。目前,国内普遍采用的良种繁育技术是三圃制原种生产方法,该方法的主要程序包括选单株、建立株行圃、株系圃和原种圃。一、精选单株精选单株是生产原种的基础。据试验,株选混收比未选的棉花可提高纯度36%左右,皮棉增产17%,衣分提高2.5%,绒长增加0.5毫米。单株选择应掌握以下几个要点:(1)应在原种田或株系圃中进行。(2)原种田应安排在地力均匀的地块,栽培管理水
