利用金相显微镜、拉力试验机、硬度计等检测手段研究了Mn-Sb合金化对大断面高强度球墨铸铁显微组织和力学性能的影响,并对其影响机理进行了探讨。结果表明,Mn-Sb合金化可以提高石墨球化率,增加球墨数量、减小石墨球径,改善了石墨形态,增加珠光体数量,从而提高了铸件的抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度。Mn的质量分数为0.4%、Sb的质量分数为0.02%时,试样的抗拉强度不低于700 MPa,伸长率不低于5%,硬度可达258 HB。
The effects of Mn-Sb alloying on the microstructure and mechanical properties of large-section and high-strength ductile cast iron were investigated by means of metallographic microscope, tensile testing machine and hardness tester. The influence mechanism was also discussed. The results show that Mn-Sb alloying can increase the graphite nodularization rate, increase the number of nodules, decrease the graphite ball diameter, improve the morphology of graphite and increase the amount of pearlite, so as to improve the tensile strength, elongation and hardness of the castings. When the mass fraction of Mn is 0.4% and the mass fraction of Sb is 0.02%, the tensile strength of the sample is not less than 700 MPa, the elongation is not less than 5% and the hardness is up to 258 HB.
