人力资源部门在各个阶段都可以为项目增加价值,他们打下的扎实基础,及掌握的丰富知识会对中-国公司进入未知领域的结果产生巨大影响走向全球已成为中国公司要经常面对的研究内容。由于将全球生产各类产品的公司吸引到中国从事制造业,从而使中国的生产能力达到世界水平。并且中国市场具有成本竞争力,而各家公司又在生产中采用创新技术,所以中国很快成为世界上颇受欢迎的生产基地。可以预计,下一个打入全球的将是中国的服务行业。与此同时,中国人才济济,能够很快接受新技术和新知识,而产品成本与其它地区和国家相比又很有竞争力, 因此这里也逐渐成为全球受欢迎的业务流程外包地。
Human resources departments can add value to projects at all stages. The solid foundation laid by them and the rich knowledge they possess will have a tremendous impact on the outcome of Chinese-Chinese companies entering the unknown. Going global has become a study that Chinese companies are often faced with content. As companies that produce various kinds of products around the world are attracted to China for manufacturing, China’s production capacity has reached the world standard. And because the Chinese market is cost-competitive and companies are using innovative technologies in their production, China soon became a popular production base in the world. It is expected that the next global service will be China’s service industry. At the same time, China is well-positioned to receive new technologies and know-how quickly, while product costs are competitive with those of other regions and countries, making it a globally accepted business process outsourcer.
