针对油气管道应急抢险时使用管道手动开孔机开孔时发生卡钻,导致电机机身反向旋转的问题,采用机械设计的方法设计了管道手动开孔机卡钻泄力装置,其由传动机构、阻尼机构、差速机构组成,在管道开孔机正常作业的情况下,电机扭矩通过传动机构正常传递给开孔钻,当开孔钻切削管壁发生卡钻时,电机扭矩通过传动机构和差速机构传递给阻尼机构,并克服阻尼机构旋转做功使扭矩得到释放。开孔实验表明:该装置可有效避免管道手动开孔机电机反转伤人,提高管道抢险作业的安全性,保护操作人员的人身安全。
