采用片状粉末冶金法在Al-Cu合金中加入CNTs,比较了加入CNTs前后材料的密度、电导率、硬度、拉伸强度和高温流变行为,结合扫描电镜、透射电镜分析了性能变化的原因。结果发现,CNTs的添加导致合金的晶粒细化,使合金的硬度增加、抗拉强度增加;Al-Cu合金基体和CNTs/Al-Cu复合材料高温应力应变曲线变化趋势一致,但由于CNTs的增加导致复合材料在不同的变形温度和变形速率下,流变应力比基体高,在低温和高变形速率下特别明显。
CNTs were added into Al-Cu alloy by flake powder metallurgy method. The density, electrical conductivity, hardness, tensile strength and rheological behavior of CNTs before and after adding CNTs were compared. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to analyze the reasons for the change of properties . The results showed that the addition of CNTs resulted in the grain refinement of the alloy, which resulted in the increase of the hardness and the increase of the tensile strength of the alloy. The change trend of high temperature stress-strain curves of Al-Cu alloy and CNTs / Al-Cu composites was the same, Increasing the composite material at different deformation temperature and deformation rate, the flow stress higher than the matrix, especially at low temperatures and high deformation rate.
