利用服务企业微观数据库,从异质性视角深入探究协同创新、员工教育培训对服务企业国际化的影响。结果显示,没有任何结果显示协同创新显著影响服务企业国际化,员工教育培训则显著地促进服务企业国际化。这一结论并没有随着服务企业出口总额、出口概率以及员工教育培训的变化而变化,具有较强的稳健性。同时,分别探究了创新协同与员工教育培训影响服务企业国际化的经济效应。
Using the micro database of service companies, we explored the impact of collaborative innovation and employee education and training on the internationalization of service companies from the perspective of heterogeneity. The results show that no results show that collaborative innovation significantly affects the internationalization of service companies, and employee education and training significantly promote the internationalization of service companies. This conclusion does not change with the total export of service companies, the probability of export, and the education and training of employees. It has a strong soundness. At the same time, they explored the economic effects of innovation collaboration and employee education and training affecting the internationalization of service companies.
