目的探讨卵巢癌组织中细胞周期素蛋白CyclinD1的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测卵巢肿瘤中的CyclinD1表达及其与临床病理的关系。结果正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤组织中阳性检测率分别为10.0%、27.8%、45.0%、58.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CyclinD1表达的检测有助于判断预后,并为基因治疗提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of CyclinD1 in ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of CyclinD1 in ovarian tumors and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Results The positive detection rate of normal ovarian tissue and ovarian benign, borderline and malignant tumor tissues were 10.0%, 27.8%, 45.0% and 58.6%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of CyclinD1 expression helps to determine the prognosis and provide a theoretical basis for gene therapy.
