管理人员本土化的概念是指企业在其国外子公司的关键岗位上聘用东道国当地人员。随着经济全球化时代的到来,越来越多的中资机构开始了海外业务的扩张,并在其海外机构聘用了大量的当地员工来发展业务。如何使当地员工和外派员工适应自身企业的发展要求,企业如何更好的提供发展平台来促进员工更好的为企业服务,成了很多企业面临的问题。本文前段部分详细分析青建集团股份公司新加坡分公司管理人员本土化进程所面临的问题,后段部分运用中兴公司为例阐述本土化进程的解决。
The concept of manager localization refers to the hiring of local people in the host country at key positions in their foreign affiliates. With the advent of the economic globalization, more and more Chinese-funded institutions have started the expansion of overseas businesses and have employed a large number of local employees in their overseas institutions to develop their businesses. How to make local employees and expatriates adapt to their own business development requirements, how to provide a better development platform for enterprises to promote staff to better serve the business, has become a lot of business problems. The first part of this article analyzes in detail the problems faced by the localization of the managers of Singapore Branch of Qingjian Group Co., Ltd. The latter part uses ZTE Corporation as an example to illustrate the solution to the localization process.
