采用田间试验方法,研究了阿维菌素在柑橘和土壤中的残留消解动态,应用高效液相色谱法测定了阿维菌素在柑橘和土壤中的残留量。结果表明:阿维菌素在0.0103~10.30mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,在柑橘全果、橘皮、橘肉和土壤中的平均添加回收率分别为84.46%~93.97%、83.66%~98.03%、83.35%~94.05%、90.19%~101.15%,阿维菌素的最小检出量为4.12×10-10g,在柑橘和土壤中的最低检测质量分数分别为0.01、0.01mg/kg,符合阿维菌素残留的检测要求,阿维菌素在柑橘和土壤中的半衰期分别为3.82~9.17、3.85~9.81d。20.8%阿维菌素.四螨嗪悬浮剂对水1500倍(阿维菌素3.33mga.i./L)溶液,使用2次,末次施药20d后,收获的柑橘橘皮和橘肉及土壤中阿维菌素的残留量,均低于MRL值。
