以经营为中心打造品牌频道作为文化体制改革的一部分,城市电视媒体从建台到现在,在经历过短缺、发展、扩张后已经逐渐趋向饱和,尤其是电视有线网络的介入,以及互联网的出现,电视媒体正在经历着激烈的竞争,作为城市电视台如何生存、发展,一直是困扰地方电视台的难题。保定广播电视台面对困境,审时度势,确立了“以经营为中心,打造品牌频道”的总体目标。通过转变媒体运营模式,对频道进行整体策划、包装、推广等一系列经营举措,打造品牌频道,电视事业正在逐步走出低谷,稳步发展。
