由应试教育向素质教育的转变,不仅是对学生评价方式的改变,对学生综合能力提高的要求,同时也是对教师综合素质的考验。教学方式由教师单向“灌输”向教师与学生共同探究、合作学习转变,在教学中更倾向于知识获得的过程而不只注重结果。不是课堂越安静,学生越遵守纪律越好,而是要设法激发学生的学习兴趣和问题意识,使学生想问、敢问、会问,学生的质疑越多,说明学生思考的问题越多,学生想探究的问题越多,学生所获得的知识也会越多,要使一系列的问题迎刃而解就需要教师与学生共同研
