加强中小学校长队伍的建设是实现我国教育事业发展的目标、战略和指导方针的重要措施,也是把《中国教育改革和发展纲要》中具体政策与措施落实到基层的组织保障。特别是近年来许多学校正处于新老校长交替的时期。一大批新的校长走上子学校领导岗位,他们将如何继承、发扬办学的优良传统,并能适应新的历史条件下的新情况,解决新问题,使自己成为一名优秀的校长、一名成功的管理者,这是当前各级教育行政部门和广大中小学校长十分关心的课题。
Strengthening primary and secondary school principals’ team building is an important measure to realize the goals, strategies and guidelines for the development of education in our country.
