目的了解2014-2016年贵州省市售蔬菜中农药残留情况,为蔬菜监管和食品安全提供科学依据。方法 2014-2016年随机采集市售蔬菜761份,按照《国家食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测工作手册》检测农药含量,依据《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量GB2763-2012》进行判断。结果监测的蔬菜761份,农药检出319份,检出率为41.92%;农药超标43份,超标率为5.65%。检出率最高的是叶菜类蔬菜,超标率最高的是豆类蔬菜;检出率最高的是拟除虫菊酯类农药;检出超标最多的是氨基甲酸酯类农药;监测的17种有机磷类农药中毒死蜱检出和超标最高,监测的7种氨基甲酸酯类农药中克百威检出和超标最高,监测的7种拟除虫菊酯类农药中氯氰菊酯检出和超标最高;此次监测出甲胺磷、久效磷、对硫磷、克百威等禁用农药。结论 3年监测结果总体来看我省的市售蔬菜农药残留情况不容乐观,存在禁用农药仍有使用的现象。
Objective To understand the pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Guizhou Province during 2014-2016 and provide scientific basis for vegetable regulation and food safety. Methods A total of 761 commercially available vegetables were collected from 2014 to 2016. The pesticide content was determined according to the “Manual for Monitoring Chemical Contaminants and Hazardous Factors in Foodstuffs in China” and judged according to the “Maximum Residue of Pesticides in Foodstuffs National Standard GB2763-2012” . Results 761 vegetables and 319 pesticides were detected. The detection rate was 41.92%. Pesticide exceeded the standard by 43 and the exceeding standard rate was 5.65%. The detection rate is the highest leafy vegetables, the highest rate of over-standard beans vegetables; the highest detection rate of pyrethroid pesticides; detection of the most exceeded is carbamate pesticides; monitoring of 17 kinds of organic phosphorus Pesticide chlorpyrifos detected and exceeded the highest, monitoring of seven carbamate pesticides in the highest detection and excessive carbofuran, pyrethroid pesticides detected seven pyrethroid detection and exceeded the highest; the monitoring out Methamidophos, monocrotophos, parathion, carbofuran banned pesticides. Conclusion 3-year monitoring results Overall, the situation of vegetable pesticide residue on the market in our province is not optimistic, and the ban on the use of pesticide still exists.
