目的探讨温度对三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液含量的影响。方法采取高温破坏性试验,用药典规定的紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果找出了温度对三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液含量的影响,该产品在高温条件下存放时,温度越高含量下降越明显。结论为三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液的生产、储存及运输过程中怎样保证质量稳定提供了切实可行的建议和方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of temperature on the content of adenosine triphosphate injection. Methods High-temperature destructive test was carried out, and the content was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The results found the temperature on the content of adenosine triphosphate injection, the product stored at high temperatures, the higher the temperature the more significant decline in the content. Conclusions This paper provides practical suggestions and methods for how to ensure the quality of sodium adenosine triphosphate injection in the production, storage and transportation.
