文章介绍了发生在BEPC储存环和电子直线加速器真空系统的一种“虚漏”和“准虚漏”的判断与检查方法。判断方法主要是通过喷氦后所得的讯号与探漏仪标准漏孔在仪器上所反映的讯号做一比较。然后估算实际漏孔的漏率应反映的讯号和所得到的讯号做一比较.如果实际漏率很大,但在仪器上无明显反映,在漏区附近喷氦时,仪器本底有所上升并有重复性.漏区附近的构件中有“准虚漏”存在的可能,这时可初步判断存在“准虚漏”。如果在漏区附近喷吹大量氦气仪器毫无反映,该区域又有“虚漏”的结构,可初步判断为“虚漏”。对这类漏的检查方法要通过拆卸构件方可定出漏位。
This paper introduces a kind of “virtual drain” and “quasi - virtual drain” judgment and inspection methods that occur in BEPC storage ring and electron linear accelerator vacuum system. Judgment is mainly done by comparing the signal from the helium detector with the standard leak detector on the instrument. Then estimate the actual leakage of the leak rate should reflect the signal and the resulting signal to do a comparison. If the actual leakage rate is large, but there is no obvious reflection on the instrument. When helium is sprayed near the drain area, the background of the instrument rises and repeats. If there is no reflection of the large amount of helium sprayed near the drain area, there is a structure of “dummy drain” in the area, which can be initially judged as “virtual drain”. The method of checking for such leakage can be achieved by disassembling the components.
