在空手道比赛中,要完成进攻-防守-对峙-再进攻这样的技战术,运动员既要有娴熟的竞技水平,又要掌握合理有效的战术运用技巧。由于所储备知识水平和具备的硬件条件设施有限,本人通过参考空手道、跆拳道、散打和拳击等项目的无氧供能能力测定,通过文献资料法、对比法和逻辑分析法等,从空手道无氧耐力训练的重要性着手,阐述了空手道运动中的组手和型的训练对机体无氧糖酵解供能能力的影响,得出结论:空手道组手的训练可在一定程度上改善运动员磷酸原供能能力,提高无氧功率值是提高运动水平的先决条件,以此来增强肌肉瞬间爆发力,加快技术动作的启动及完成速度,且具有明显的性别以及训练水平差异;空手道“型”的训练,在一定程度上能够提高机体的无氧工作能力。
