氟尿嘧啶(fluorouracil,5-Fu)为常用的抗肿瘤药物,近来发现其在治疗某些眼科疾患中,也有较好疗效,结合文献介绍如下。 1 抑制眼内纤维组织增生 万迪玲报道有些患眼在内眼手术以后发生纤维蛋白渗出,严重者可形成纤维团块或膜状物,导致视网膜表面和玻璃体内收缩性膜状物形成,引起视网膜脱离和变形,严重影响手术效果。用氟尿嘧啶0.4m1加0.9%氯化钠溶液0.6ml眼周注射,可抑制玻璃体纤维组织增生,提高视力。机制:该药能影响细胞DNA的生物合成,导致细胞损伤或死亡,对成纤维细胞有杀伤作用,能抑制眼内纤维组织的增生和减少眼内新生血管的发生。
