德育课堂是中职学校德育工作的主渠道,是对学生进行思想政治教育、法制教育、职业道德教育和职业生涯教育及心理教育的主阵地。但由于传统的教学方法是基于教学过程本质上是一种特殊认识过程的观念,在方法运作的过程中往往过分偏重学生的智力因素在教学过程中的作用,片面强调教师教学的严肃性、科学性、思想性,忽视教学过程中师生情感的交流和感受等非认知因素的影响作用,使课堂教学变得严肃有余,轻松不足,收效甚微。要摒弃这一教育上的误区,就必须加强师生的情感互动,使之在交流与尊重的基础上建立起平等的师生人格关系,从而使学校德育效果能在新的教育形势下得以进一步的发展和发挥。
