工程机械动力传动系统的动态转矩是较难测量的参数之一,特别是对工程机械实施不解体测试时尤为困难。运用AdμC812单片机研制出实用性较强的存储式转矩测试系统,包括电路原理图和软件设计。转矩测试系统采用嵌入式存储技术,动态测量工程机械动力传动系统的转矩,并把各工况下所测转矩数据以及对应的时间实时存储到Flash芯片中,存储量大,可连续记录40min数据。转矩测试系统的采样频率、放大倍数可根据实际需要设定。测试完毕后,通过计算机串口把测试数据传输到计算机处理。实车测试了轮式装载机起车过程时传动轴的转矩信号,并对该!工况下的特征信号进行分析,为动力传动系统状态分析和故障诊断提供了有效的技术途径。
Dynamic torque of construction machinery drivetrain is one of the more difficult parameters to measure, especially when it is difficult to carry out disintegration test on construction machinery.
