随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,资源开采项目逐渐增多,地质勘察工作在工程施工建设过程中显得十分重要。为使地质事业单位人力资源得到有效的保障,需要结合地质事业勘察工作的特点,有效进行人力资源结构优化工作。本文对地质事业单位战略人力资源影响因素进行深入分析,在此基础上,对人力资源优化措施进行深入探究,以期为地质事业单位战略人力资源的培养提供具有参考价值的建议。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, resource extraction projects are gradually increasing, geological prospecting work in the construction process is very important. In order to ensure the effective protection of human resources in geological institutions, we need to combine the characteristics of geological prospecting work effectively to optimize the structure of human resources. In this paper, the influencing factors of strategic human resources in geological institutions are analyzed in depth. Based on this, the human resources optimization measures are further explored in order to provide valuable suggestions for the training of strategic human resources in geological institutions.
