胶轮式抬刀装置具有结构简单紧凑,容易制造,调整使用方便,通用性强,可适用软金属加工等特点。我厂刨床大多采用通用刀盒,在刀盒A处加工一个M10×1的螺孔,B处加工出3×12毫米的限位台阶即可。在不采用自动抬刀时,也不影响原刀盒性能。需要时,只要将组装好的抬刀装置拧上,使与刀盒垂线平行即可。然后调整支架4,使橡胶轮底面伸出刀尖2.5～4毫米,锁紧螺钉9即可使用。
