在法治国家建设和民主政治迅速发展的情况下,为进一步贯彻落实依法治国的基本方略,县级政府加紧提升依法行政水平,督促提高机关工作人员依法行政意识成为了本级政府重点任务之一。本文立足我国依法行政的现状,浅析依法行政对我国社会主义全局建设的影响和作用。以湖北省武穴市为例,笔者聚焦武穴市政府依法行政取得的成效和依法行政面临的问题,提出相应的对策,为提高我国县级政府的依法行政能力提一点建议。 In order to further implement the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, the county government stepped up the promotion of the level of administration according to law and urged the staff of the government to raise awareness of the administration according to law, which became one of the key tasks of the government at the corresponding level in the context of the rapid development of rule of law and democratic politics. Based on the status quo of the administration by law in our country, this article analyzes the influence and function of administration by law on the overall socialism construction of our country. Taking Wuxue City in Hubei Province as an example, the author focuses on the achievements made by the Wuxue government in accordance with the law and the problems that the administration in accordance with the law faces, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to make some suggestions to improve the administration ability of the county governments in our country.
