为观测过度训练对肾脏的影响并探索其机制,以大鼠递增负荷跑台运动模拟过度训练,应用焦锑酸钾钙细胞化学固定结合X线电子探针显微分析技术分别对肾个球脏层上皮细胞和近曲小管上皮细胞细胞内钙进行定性定位定量观测。结果显示:过度训练可引起大鼠肾脏细胞内钙稳态失衡,主要表现为线粒体和胞浆钙增多,以近曲小管为主,并随训练周期的延长而加重,提示细胞内钙稳态失衡可能是过度训练大鼠肾脏形态机能改变的重要机制之一。
