卫生人才是医疗卫生事业赖以发展的重要资源之一,做好卫生人才的配置、管理、激励,对于推进我国医疗体制改革,提升医疗卫生服务水平有着重要的意义。但目前,由于激励机制不完善而造成的卫生人才流失现象普遍存在,创新与完善卫生人才激励机制已然成为我国各级医疗卫生机构的重要任务。本文将就卫生人才激励机制的创新和完善提出一些思路与方法,以供参考。
Health professionals are one of the important resources on which medical and health services depend for their development. To do a good job in the allocation, management and encouragement of health professionals is of great significance for promoting the reform of our medical system and improving the service level of medical and health services. However, at present, due to the imperfectness of the incentive mechanism, the loss of health professionals is ubiquitous. To innovate and improve the incentive mechanism for health professionals has become an important task for medical and health institutions at all levels in our country. This article will put forward some ideas and methods for the innovation and improvement of the incentive mechanism of health personnel for reference.
