目的 研究原发性肝癌的血管起源。方法 用病理及CD34、荆豆凝聚素(UEA-1)免疫组化的方法对21例肝癌及癌旁组织中血管形成进行检测和观察。结果 癌旁组织血窦内皮细胞CD34及UEA-1染色阴性, 炎症组织内的血管染色阳性。肿瘤血管与癌旁组织血管相连或不相连。结论 部分原发性肝癌血管可能起源于毛细血管化的癌旁肝血窦。
Objective To study the origin of blood vessels in primary liver cancer. Methods The pathological and immunohistochemical methods of CD34 and UUA-1 were used to detect and observe the angiogenesis in 21 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissues. Results The sinusoidal endothelial cells CD34 and UEA-1 were stained negatively in the paracancerous tissues, and the blood vessels in the inflammation tissues were positive. The tumor blood vessels are connected or not connected to the blood vessels adjacent to the cancer tissue. Conclusions The blood vessels of some primary liver cancer may originate from the capillarized para-carcinoma hepatic sinusoids.
