从教育规模的持续扩大,大学生的就业问题备受社会关注,教育行政部门也将大学生的就业工作放置首位,成为各大高校就业管理工作的重点和难点。随着经济下行趋势的发展大学生就业形势越来越严峻,就业主管部门、各大高校每年将毕业生就业情况编写就业报告,总结当年就业工作情况,并以此为据研究教育教学人才培养方案的制定和教育质量监控评价体系的设定,从根本上提升学生就业能力和竞争力。本文以广东某高职示范院校2015届毕业生就业质量调查为例进行剖析。
