在建立中药材粉末红外指纹图谱库的基础上 ,首次采用阵列相关系数比对法对药材进行了快速鉴别研究。结果表明 ,高相关系数阈值的设置能快速鉴别各种中药材 ,可达到一一鉴别的目的 ;低相关系数阈值的设置能快速对中药材进行相似性分类识别 ,可达到主体化学成分相似药材的快速聚类 (如淀粉类或挥发油类药材 ) ;特定波段相关系数的比较 ,可为特殊鉴别提供参考依据 (如鉴别不同炮制法的同种药材 )。将红外指纹图谱库与阵列相关系数比对法结合起来 ,对药材的鉴别具有快速、简便、准确等特点。
Based on the establishment of the infrared fingerprint database of traditional Chinese medicine powder, the rapid identification of medicinal materials has been carried out for the first time using the method of array correlation coefficient comparison. The results show that the setting of high correlation coefficient threshold can quickly identify all kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, and achieve the purpose of identification one by one. The setting of low correlation coefficient threshold can quickly identify the similarity of Chinese herbal medicines, Rapid clustering (such as starch or volatile oil herbs); band-specific correlation coefficient can provide a reference for special identification (such as the identification of different methods of processing the same kind of herbs). The infrared fingerprint library and array correlation coefficient comparison method, the identification of medicinal herbs with fast, simple, accurate and so on.
