目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在原发性胆囊癌(PGC)生长、转移等生物学行为中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学LDP法研究47例PGC组织中VEGF及其受体(KDR)的定位与表达。结果:PGC组织中VEGF表达的阳性率为65.96%,阳性物质主要位于肿瘤细胞胞浆,KDR阳性物质位于癌细胞及癌组织旁的血管内皮细胞。VEGF表达在PGC高分化型(62.86%),Nevin临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期(56.25%)和淋巴结未转移者(47.62%),显著性低于中低分化型(75%)、Ⅳ~Ⅴ期(86.67%)和有淋巴转移者(80.77%)(均P<0.05),但在胆囊腺癌(62.5%)和其它病理类型癌(73.33%)间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF及其受体KDR的作用在PGC的生长、进展和转移中可能有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in biological behaviors such as growth and metastasis of primary gallbladder carcinoma (PGC). Methods: The localization and expression of VEGF and its receptor (KDR) in 47 cases of PGC tissues were studied by immunohistochemical LDP method. Results: The positive rate of VEGF expression in PGC tissues was 65.96%. The positive cells mainly located in the cytoplasm of tumor cells and the positive cells of KDR located in the vascular endothelial cells beside cancer cells and cancer tissues. The expression of VEGF was significantly lower in poorly differentiated PGC (62.86%), Nevin stageⅠ-Ⅲ (56.25%) and lymph node metastasis (47.62%) than in moderately poorly differentiated (75% (86.67%) and lymph node metastasis (80.77%) (all P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between gallbladder adenocarcinoma (62.5%) and other pathological types of cancer (73.33%) (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of VEGF and its receptor KDR may play an important role in the growth, progression and metastasis of PGC.
