目的 :(1)明确急性卒中发生后营养状况的变化。 (2 )探讨营养状况恶化与吞咽障碍、感染性并发症的相关性。方法 :收集临床住院急性脑卒中病例 132例 ,脑出血 4 4例 ,脑梗塞 88例 ,动态记录不同时间点的营养学指标 ,同时记录吞咽障碍、感染性并发症的发生及持续时间。结果 :(1)卒中发生后机体将出现营养状况的恶化 ,在病程二周内随病程进展逐渐加重。 (2 )吞咽障碍组、感染性并发症组的营养状况恶化的程度均较阴性组重。 (3)营养状况恶化的程度与吞咽障碍、感染性并发症的发生、发展呈相关性。结论 :卒中发生后营养状况呈恶化趋势 ,吞咽障碍、感染性并发症是营养状况恶化的危险因素。
Objectives: (1) To clarify the changes of nutritional status after acute stroke. (2) to explore the relationship between nutritional deterioration and swallowing disorders and infectious complications. Methods: 132 cases of acute stroke, 124 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 88 cases of cerebral infarction were collected. The nutritional indexes at different time points were recorded dynamically. The incidence and duration of swallowing disorders and infectious complications were also recorded. Results: (1) The deterioration of the nutritional status of the body after the stroke will gradually aggravate with the progression of the disease within two weeks. (2) dysphagia group, infectious complications of the nutritional status of the worse than the negative group. (3) The degree of nutritional deterioration and swallowing disorders, infectious complications, the development was correlated. Conclusion: The nutritional status of patients after stroke is deteriorating. Swallowing disorders and infectious complications are the risk factors for the deterioration of nutritional status.
