糖尿病并存肺结核,近年呈显著上升趋势,两病关系密切,相互影响,与单纯糖尿病和单纯肺结核均有不同。作者就两病并存的流行病学、临床特点,早期诊断与治疗问题作重点综述,旨在提高临床医师对两病并存的认识。资料显示:糖尿病人的结构患病率高,并发率逐渐上升,发病高峰年龄吻合,男性高于女性,城市高于农村,2型糖尿病居多,且先患糖尿病后发生肺结核占多数的流行病学 Diabetes tuberculosis co-exist in recent years showed a significant upward trend, the two diseases are closely related, mutual influence, and simple diabetes and tuberculosis are different. The author focuses on the epidemiology, clinical features, early diagnosis and treatment of the coexistence of the two diseases in order to improve clinicians’ understanding of the coexistence of the two diseases.
