对我国有代表性的15份狗牙根无性系叶片的过氧化物同工酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶同工酶(SOD)和酯酶同工酶(EST)进行了聚丙烯酰胺不连续垂直平板电泳实验。结果表明:各同工酶的谱带数、相对迁移率均不尽相同,呈现出较丰富的多样性;酶谱的聚类分析结果与种源的地理分布格局相吻合,而各酶谱带数与该种源所在的经纬度无显著相关关系。
POD, SOD and EST of 15 clones of Cynodon dactylon (L.), a representative of China, were subjected to polyacrylamide Continuous vertical plate electrophoresis experiment. The results showed that the isozyme bands had different bands and relative mobility, showing a rich diversity. The results of cluster analysis of the enzyme spectra were consistent with the geographical distribution pattern of provenances. There is no significant correlation between the number of latitude and longitude of the provenance.
